What counts as a Digital Campaign Pack?
One signal turned into finished digital assets: social posts, a landing page, search ad copy, and an email. Approving it once ships all of them. TV and radio are produced separately on On Air.
What happens if I hit a cap?
We tell you in the app before you get there. Then it's your call: pay the overage rate for what you need this month, or move up a tier.
Can I change tiers later?
Any time, both directions. Upgrades prorate immediately; downgrades take effect at your next billing date.
Do I need a separate seat per person?
No. Users are unlimited on all three tiers. Sales, service, and the GM can all be in there without changing your bill.
