Account information. Name, business email address, organization and dealership details, and authentication credentials when you create an account or are invited to a workspace.

Business and inventory data. Vehicle inventory information (VINs, pricing, photos, descriptions), campaign content, brand assets, offers, and disclaimers that you provide or authorize us to collect from your dealership website and inventory systems. This data describes vehicles and business operations; it is not consumer personal information.

Usage information. Log data, device and browser information, and product usage events collected when you interact with the Service, used for security, support, and product improvement.

Cookies. We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on the Service.

We collect information directly from you; from your dealership website and inventory feeds with your authorization; and from third-party data providers used to power product features, including automotive market data (MarketCheck), vehicle safety recall data (the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration), and manufacturer incentive data.

We use the information we collect to:

• provide, operate, secure, and improve the Service;
• generate marketing campaign content, including through artificial-intelligence services that process your inventory and brand data on our behalf;
• publish campaigns to third-party platforms (for example, advertising and social platforms) when you direct us to and with credentials you authorize;
• provide reporting and analytics about your campaigns and inventory;
• communicate with you about the Service; and
• comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with:

• Service providers that process data on our behalf under contractual protections — including cloud hosting and database infrastructure, AI model providers used for content generation, voice and video rendering services, and market-data providers;
• Advertising platforms you connect (such as Google or Meta), only at your direction and using access you grant through those platforms’ own authorization flows;
• Your organization — workspace administrators and members you invite can access data within your workspace;
• legal authorities when required by law, and successors in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

We retain account and business data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, encrypted credential storage, and role-based access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may access, correct, or delete your account information from within the Service or by contacting us. Depending on your jurisdiction (including under the California Consumer Privacy Act and similar state laws), you may have rights to request access to, deletion of, or a copy of personal information we hold about you, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below. We will verify your request and respond as required by applicable law.

The Service is a business tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced through the Service or by email, and the effective date above will be updated. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
